Employee motivation in the workplace has certainly gained the attention of various researchers because of its overall impact on the performance of a company. Modern managers understand the importance of employee motivation and always dedicate the success at the workplace to their team. Employee performance is closely linked with employee’s motivation at the workplace in order to get better performance from the employees, it is important that they should be motivated and ready to take new challenges at job. If the team members are taking ownership of the work then its results in performance which is not only good for the organization but also important for personal growth and development of employees, therefore, it is important for the management to ensure that employees will stay engaged at the workplace and involve in the business decisions even at a small scale. Research shows that even a consultation of a line manager from his team member can motivate him and boost his energy level at job.
